Models of Supervision

Clinical supervision is a process of individualized learning for registered interns who are working with clients. The systematic manner in which this individualized learning or supervision is applied is usually contained and presented in the form of a “model.” Knowledge of supervision models is considered fundamental to ethical supervision practice.
